I am incredibly proud of my many years of experience in the hospitality industry. Being a barista, waitress, bartender and caterer taught me so many skills. It gave me real life experience that I have managed to grow and build into a career of my own.
I honed those skills in the wedding world, taking on bigger projects such as being the Director of Operations for several wedding venues. Now I am grateful to be able to assist several businesses with growing their wedding industry based products and services.

I consider myself a wedding industry project manager. My specialty is in restaurants, bars and venues. However, I am happy to expand to a variety of products and services.
My method looks a bit like this:
We get together for drinks and simply chat. I want to hear all about you, your life, your business and what you have in mind. Then I want to hear your BHAG (big hairy audacious goal). From there we will chat about all the ways I may be able to help.
I will put together a proposal and we will negotiate the terms, timeline, and responsibilities for your project.
At that point, set me loose. I will work hard to make your dreams come to life. I treat each project as if it were my own, and give it as much care and attention as possible.
My strengths lie in organization, communication, and grounding big ideas into reality. Let's toss the proverbial spaghetti (ideas) at the wall, and see what we can make stick!
